For group health quotes, we'll need a basic census — employee names, dates of birth, and the countries where they're living or working. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready. Submit what you have and we'll guide you through the rest on our first call.

The Carriers We Work With
The four carriers below represent the established names in international group health. Each brings different network strengths, billing capabilities, and plan designs. Here's a neutral overview of what each does well for international groups.
Step 1
We Review Your Request
A principal reads every inquiry personally. If you've included census details or coverage specifics, we begin reviewing your group's profile before we call.
Step 2
We Reach Out Directly
Expect a call or email from Dale, Brian, or Bob — not an automated quote or a generic PDF. We'll confirm the details we need and answer any questions you have before anything is prepared.
Step 3
We Prepare Your Quote
We pull options from our carrier relationships — Aetna, United, Cigna, and International Medical Group — and present the plan structures that fit your group's size, locations, and budget. Fully insured, self-funded, or somewhere in between.
Step 4
You Decide, With No Pressure
The consultation is no-obligation. You'll have a clear picture of your options and what each one costs before you make any decision.

Common Questions Before You Reach Out
What information do I need to request a group health quote?
For international group health, the basics are: number of employees, their dates of birth, and the countries where they're living or working. If you don't have a full census ready, submit what you have. We'll tell you exactly what we need on our first call.
Can I talk to a real advisor about expat coverage before committing to anything?
Yes — that's the standard here. Every inquiry is followed up by Dale, Brian, or Bob personally. You can ask questions, describe your situation, and get a clear read on your options before any quote is prepared or any decision is made.
How long does it take to get a quote for international group health insurance?
Most groups receive an initial quote within a few business days of submitting a complete census. Complex structures — partially self-funded or fully self-funded plans — may take a few additional days as we model the group's risk position. We'll give you a timeline on our first call.
Do you quote individual travel medical and trip cancellation plans too?
Yes. Select "Individual Travel Medical" or "Trip Cancellation" from the coverage type dropdown and include your travel dates and destination. We'll follow up with options, or you can call us directly for a faster turnaround.
I'm not sure which type of coverage I need. Can you help me figure that out?
That's exactly what the first conversation is for. Tell us your situation — where your people are, how long they'll be there, and what you currently have in place — and we'll point you toward the right product and structure.
